Summary of Inspection Feedback

Inspectors recognised many strengths across our school, and also provided helpful recommendations to support our continued improvement. Key points included:

  • Strengthening self-evaluation: Inspectors noted the importance of developing more depth in our self-evaluation processes and using these findings to further improve teaching and learning.

  • Raising expectations and challenge: They encouraged us to increase the level of challenge in lessons to ensure all pupils achieve as highly as they can.

  • Enhancing the curriculum: The report highlighted the need to ensure that our curriculum provides pupils with authentic, engaging and progressive learning experiences across the Areas of Learning and Experience.

We are already working on these recommendations with staff, governors and the wider school community, ensuring that every pupil continues to flourish.
